What do you do when something doesn't exist? You build it.

I didn't come from the industry. Maybe that's why I saw it differently. Renfluence was built from the outside in — to help brands cut through the hype, and finally make influencer marketing measurable.

The Story

"It started with a pharmacy. And a simple question: how do I find the right influencer?

I studied Mechanical Engineering and completed a Master's in Marine Engineering. At the same time, I played poker — learning how to think strategically, assess risk, and understand behavior. I was preparing for a career in shipping. But during a job interview, I realized something wasn't right.

I asked questions, I heard the answers, and I knew: This isn't for me. I didn't want a predictable path. I wanted to build something of my own.

So I locked myself at home for three months. I studied, I researched, I planned.

One day, my sister walked in. She had just opened a pharmacy and asked, "How do I promote it?"

I replied: "With influencers. Hold on, let me find a platform."

But there wasn't one.

Nowhere to check if a creator had fake followers. No way to verify if their price made sense. No system to compare creators or see what had actually worked for other brands.

That's when it hit me: There has to be a better way. And that's how Renfluence was born.
