If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must send an email with the order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation" to [email protected]. The cancellation request is processed immediately, and the customer will be informed via email about how the request will be handled.
The refund will be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date we confirm your request, depending on the payment method you used when placing the order.
